As a practitioner of natural medicine - also known as vital medicine - I believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself when the right foundations are in place. Naturopathic medicine helps restore this balance by supporting the body's natural healing mechanisms. Using a combination of homeopathy, herbal medicine, hydrotherapy, lifestyle adjustments, nutritional supplements, and - when necessary - medications, we work together to uncover and address the root causes of your symptoms. By identifying these underlying issues, the body can regain its harmony, allowing symptoms to resovle and health to be restored.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic healthcare system that has been practiced for thousands of years. It incorporates diverse techniques such as acupuncture, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and nutritional therapy, all designed to restore balance and vitality. 

At the heart of TCM is Qi, the vital energy that flows through the body's channels. This life force can be influenced by emotional, physical, and mental factors. The goal of TCM is to rebalance the flow of Qi, enhancing overall well-being and supporting the body's natural healing processes.

In my practice, I combine these traditional techniques with Classical Acupuncture, incorporating Master Tung's methods and 5 Element Theory. This allows me to create highly personalized treatments tailored to your unique health needs.
