Dr. Rayna Dvorak, ND, LAc

A More Grounded Approach to
Women's Health

The phrase ‘I just don’t feel like myself’ is one of the most common things I hear in my practice. It is also one of the most clinically useful. The body almost always knows before the labs do. My work is to take that signal seriously, run the right tests, ask the right questions, and build a treatment plan that actually addresses what’s underneath.

Education &
Clinical Training

Dr. Dvorak earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University — one of the most rigorous naturopathic programs in the world. She completed her clinical training and residency at Comprehensive Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington, where she built deep expertise in women's hormonal health, fertility, digestive care, and integrative medicine.

She is also a licensed acupuncturist, trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine with a specialization in reproductive health, nervous system regulation, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

Her approach is grounded in science and shaped by genuine curiosity about the whole person — not just the diagnosis. She runs comprehensive lab work, spends real time listening, and builds treatment plans that address the why behind every symptom.

it's about understanding the patterns beneath them.

The goal is simple: to help you feel steady, clear, and at home in your body again.
