Dr. Dvorak completed her clinical training and residency at

Comprehensive Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington,

where she developed a strong foundation in women’s health,

hormone regulation, digestive health, and integrative care.

Her work bridges evidence-based naturopathic

medicine with traditional acupuncture, allowing for

a thoughtful, systems-based approuch focused on

long-term regulation and resilience.

A More Grounded Approuch to Women's Health

Nervous system-led care for women, families, and
seasons of life in transition.

Blending clinical medicine, acupuncture, and
psychology-informed insight to help you feel
steady, clear, and at home in your body again.

Care that works with your body, not against it

Care is not about suppressing symptoms-it's

about understanding the patterns beneath them.

By working with the nervous system, physiology,

and lived experiences together, treatment supports lasting regulation rather than temporary relief.

The goal is simple: to help you feel steady, clear,

and at home in your body again.

A more personal approach to care

My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't happen by force-it happens through

understanding.

Many of the people I work with have tried to push through symptoms, follow protocols, or

find quick answers, only to feel more disconnected from their bodies over time.

I approuch care differently.

By slowing down and listening to the patterns within your body and life, we can begin to restore a sense of stability, clarity, and trust in how your body functions.

Let's connect.
