Dr. Dvorak completed her clinical training and residency at
Comprehensive Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington,
where she developed a strong foundation in women’s health, hormone regulation, digestive health, and integrative care.
Her education bridges evidence-based naturopathic medicine with traditional acupuncture and modern clinical application—
allowing her to work fluently across both acute concerns and long-standing, complex health patterns.
This dual training informs a thoughtful, systems-based approach that prioritizes regulation, resilience, and long-term healing.

Philosophy of Care
Care is grounded in understanding the underlying patterns shaping the body, nervous system, and lived experience—rather than suppressing symptoms in isolation.
Treatment focuses on restoring regulation, resilience, and internal coherence by addressing physiology, emotional patterns, lifestyle rhythms, and stress responses together.
Each recommendation is chosen with intention and practicality in mind, designed to support sustainable healing and long-term capacity rather than short-term fixes.
Care is collaborative, individualized, and paced—because lasting change requires safety, clarity, and trust.
